Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing recent business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with corporate and MNC clients,



and expanding EMG Entertainment’s market presence in events and experiential marketing. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and lead generation, preparing and delivering client pitches, developing proposals, and negotiating contracts in coordination with internal teams. The Business Development Manager will collaborate with event planners and creative teams to align client needs with service offerings, track sales pipelines, and meet revenue and growth targets. The role also involves market research, participation in industry networking events, and ongoing account management to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
