We are looking for an experienced product development and sourcing professional to help us research, develop and manufacture recent physical products.
This is not just a supplier-search role. We need someone who can help decide what the product should be, identify ways to differentiate it, and then work with suppliers to get it made.

Responsibilities:
Market and competitor research
Developing new product concepts and variations
Identifying and qualifying Indian suppliers/manufacturers
Supplier communication and negotiation
Costing, MOQ and specification discussions
Coordinating samples and product improvements
Working with designers/illustrators where required
Finalizing the product for production
Preferred experience:




Product development / NPD
Sourcing or merchandising
Toys, stationery, craft kits, kids’ products, gifting or consumer goods
Working directly with Indian manufacturers
We value someone who is proactive, commercially minded and capable of giving product recommendations, rather than simply following instructions.
