Role Description The Lead Generation Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This position is responsible for identifying and qualifying new B2B leads, building and maintaining prospect lists, and supporting targeted email and outreach campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include researching potential clients, engaging prospects through calls, emails, and online channels, and collaborating with the sales team to hand off qualified opportunities. The specialist will track lead performance,



update CRM records, and contribute to improving lead generation strategies in line with SuperTek Media’s data-driven approach.
Qualifications
Ability to identify and qualify New Leads and support overall Lead Generation activities.
Solid Communication skills for engaging prospects, handling inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams.
Sales-oriented mindset with experience in prospecting, pipeline support, or inside Sales.
Research skills to analyze markets, target accounts, and decision-makers effectively.
Comfort working with CRM or lead management tools and basic data analysis for tracking campaign performance.
Prior experience in B2B lead generation, email marketing, or account-based outreach is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
