Technical Documentation Specialist (with Cloud Infrastructure and Incident Management Experience)
We are seeking two highly skilled and detail-oriented professionals to join our team as Technical Documentation Specialists. The ideal candidates will have a solid background in creating and maintaining technical documentation, along with hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure (GCP, Azure, or AWS). Additionally, they should be familiar with version control systems like Git and have experience in Incident Management processes.
Key Responsibilities
Documentation:
Create, update, and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, operational procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document technical requirements, workflows, and processes.
Ensure documentation is clear, concise, and accessible to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Cloud Infrastructure:




Work with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Microsoft Azure, or Amazon Web Services (AWS) to document infrastructure setups, configurations, and best practices
Assist in documenting cloud-based solutions and deployments

Version Control (Git):
Use Git for version control to manage and maintain documentation repositories
Perform Git push and pull operations to ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible to the team

Required Skills
Proven experience in technical documentation, with a focus on IT infrastructure or cloud technologies.
Hands-on experience with at least one cloud platform (GCP, Azure, or AWS).
Proficiency in using Git for version control (push, pull, branching, and merging).
Familiarity with Incident Management processes and tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
