About the Role
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with 2+ years of hands-on experience in managing digital campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn. The candidate should be analytical, strategic, and comfortable working with data to drive campaign performance and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Develop media plans, campaign strategies, budgets, and forecasts.
Monitor and optimise campaigns based on the objective.
Set up and monitor tracking using Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
Analyse campaign and website data to identify trends and growth opportunities.




Create performance reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations.
Conduct A/B testing across audiences, creatives, campaigns, and landing pages.
Work with creative/content teams to improve ad creatives and messaging.
Present campaign performance and recommendations to clients/stakeholders.

Required Skills
2+ years of experience in Performance Marketing.
Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Working knowledge of LinkedIn Ads, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.
Ability to create strategies, media plans, and performance reports.
Valuable knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
