About the Role

NextHire Consulting is looking for enthusiastic US Recruitment Interns to join our recruitment team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who want to gain hands-on experience in US recruitment, candidate sourcing, cold calling, and LinkedIn outreach.
Key Responsibilities

* Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other platforms.
* Conduct cold calls to candidates and explain relevant job opportunities.
* Perform LinkedIn outreach and messaging to potential candidates.
* Screen candidates based on job requirements.
* Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
* Follow up with candidates through calls, messages, and emails.
* Coordinate with the recruitment team throughout the hiring process.
* Meet daily/weekly sourcing and outreach targets.
Requirements





* Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Comfortable working in US shift timings/night shift.
* Willingness to make cold calls and communicate with candidates.
* Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and social media platforms.
* Some exposure to LLM-based chat tools is welcome.
* Robust learning attitude and willingness to work in a target-driven environment.
* Freshers and students looking for practical recruitment experience can apply.
* Ability to commit 4–6 hours per day during US working hours.
