Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Lecturer in Management & Assessment Manager at EU Global.



The Lecturer in Management will design and deliver management-related modules across undergraduate and postgraduate programs, facilitate interactive online lectures, guide project-based learning activities, and support learners in applying theory to practical business scenarios. The Assessment Manager responsibilities include designing assessment frameworks, developing rubrics aligned with learning outcomes, coordinating assignment and examination processes, and ensuring fair, transparent, and timely evaluation of learner performance. The role involves collaborating with academic leadership on curriculum enhancement, contributing to program accreditation and quality assurance, and participating in research, scholarly activities, or institutional projects as needed. The position also requires mentoring learners, providing academic advising, and supporting the development of competencies aligned with EU Global’s Career Competency Lab.
