Role Summary :

The Senior Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring accurate bookkeeping in Tally, handling reconciliations, and supporting financial compliance and reporting.

Key Responsibilities :

Handle complete day-to-day accounting operations
Maintain books of accounts using Tally (ERP)
Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Ensure timely and accurate data entry and updates
Assist in GST compliance, returns, and audits
Monitor expenses and prepare MIS reports
Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors
Ensure adherence to accounting standards and company policies

Skills & Competencies :

Strong knowledge of accounting principles
Hands-on experience with Tally
Proficiency in MS Excel
Valuable analytical and reconciliation skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Experience in the Food Industry will be an added advantage
