Role Description The Field Engineer role at A&H; Mediserv is a full-time, in office position based in the Greater Delhi Area. This role involves visiting customer locations to install, configure, test and maintain medical equipment in accordance with company procedures and safety guidelines. The Field Engineer diagnoses and resolves technical issues, provides hands-on support to clinical staff and documents service activities, reports and maintenance records.



The role includes coordinating with internal teams and vendors, planning site visits and managing small service-related assignments to ensure timely completion. The Field Engineer also educates end users on equipment operation, supports preventive maintenance programs and contributes feedback to improve service processes.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to diagnose, analyze, and resolve equipment issues efficiently.
Candidates should possess Field Service experience, including on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of technical or medical equipment.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact with customers, clinical staff and internal teams, and to create clear service documentation.
Relevant technical diploma or degree in engineering, biomedical engineering, electronics or a related field.
