Role Description The Human Resources Apprentice role at Amneal Pharmaceuticals is an in office position based in the Greater Ahmedabad Area. The apprentice will support HR operations by assisting with Talent acquisition activities, personnel record management, maintaining HR documentation, and helping coordinate onboarding activities for recent team members.



Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting HR policy implementation, assisting with employee benefits administration, and helping manage attendance, leave records, and HR-related queries. The role also involves coordinating with various departments to ensure compliance with HR procedures, assisting in organizing employee engagement activities, and contributing to continuous improvement of HR processes under guidance from senior HR professionals.

Qualifications
Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and HR Management practices.
Ability to understand and support implementation of HR Policies and procedures.
Basic understanding of Employee Benefits administration and related documentation.
Skills in Personnel Management, including maintaining accurate records and supporting employee lifecycle processes.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities with attention to detail.
