KiiBank is hiring a full-time, remote Senior Marketing Manager (Growth & Brand) based in Africa or Asia. Reporting directly to the CEO/Designated Senior Manager, this hands-on leadership role owns marketing strategy, customer acquisition, digital marketing, brand positioning, and campaign execution across cross-border financial markets.

Primary Responsibilities
Growth & Acquisition: Drive the full customer journey from awareness to onboarding, first transaction, and repeat usage. Focus on conversion rates, reducing drop-offs, and scaling measurable customer growth.
Brand & Go-To-Market: Lead positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for products, features, and new market entries.
Digital & Channel Management: Direct performance marketing across social media, SEO/SEM, email, SMS, WhatsApp, referrals, content, and influencer networks.




Community & Partnerships: Collaborate with internal teams and external local/diaspora community organizations to convert partnerships into customer acquisition.
Budget & Analytics: Oversee marketing spend, track campaign ROI, optimize metrics (CAC, activation, retention), and provide performance reports to executive leadership.
Compliance: Ensure all campaigns strictly align with financial regulations, data protection rules, and brand accuracy.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 7+ years in marketing with proven success in fintech, digital banking, payments, or cross-border remittance.
Regional Expertise: Practical marketing experience within Africa and/or Asia; diaspora financial services context preferred.
Core Skills: Robust analytical capabilities, digital acquisition expertise, campaign management, budget control, and clear reporting skills.
Language & Soft Skills: Fluent English, strategic
