Role Description The Sales Executive – Healthtech will be responsible for driving current business and expanding existing accounts for Drapto’s healthcare operating system. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, where the Sales Executive will engage with clinics, hospitals, and healthcare groups to understand their needs and present tailored platform solutions. Daily activities include prospecting and lead generation, conducting product demos, preparing proposals,



negotiating contracts, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle. The role also involves collaborating with marketing, product, and customer success teams to refine messaging, gather market feedback, and support successful onboarding of new clients. The Sales Executive will maintain accurate sales forecasts, report on pipeline status, and contribute to sales strategy and revenue growth in the region.
Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in healthtech, SaaS, or enterprise software, with strong skills in lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
Ability to conduct effective product presentations and demos, translate technical features into business value, and handle contract negotiations with key stakeholders.
Strong relationship-building and account management skills, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities, nurture long-term client partnerships, and deliver excellent
