About the Role: We are looking for a skilled and hands-on Maintenance Executive to join the engineering and maintenance team at Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters. You will be responsible for ensuring high machine uptime, smooth plant utility operations, and adherence to preventive maintenance schedules across production facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Equipment Maintenance: Execute routine preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance across food processing, packaging equipment, and roastery machinery.
Utilities Management: Monitor and maintain plant utilities including HVAC systems, air compressors, water treatment systems, and electrical distribution.
Downtime & RCA: Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on equipment breakdowns to implement long-term corrective solutions and optimize Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
Documentation & Asset Management: Maintain daily logs, PM schedules, and maintenance records using CMMS/maintenance tracking tools.
Spares & Vendor Coordination:



Manage spare parts inventory (BOMs), track consumption, and coordinate with external vendors and AMC service providers.
Quality & Safety Compliance: Ensure all maintenance practices strictly comply with food safety standards (FSSAI, GMP, and ISO 22000).
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Education: B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
Experience: 2–4 years of relevant maintenance experience in the F&B;, Food Manufacturing, FMCG, or packaging industry.
Technical Expertise: Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical/mechanical machinery, pneumatics, and basic PLC/automation systems.
Safety Awareness: Solid knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and workplace safety protocols.
