What you must have:
• Someone with min 8-10 years of experience
•Excellent Communication
• A proven track record of shipping production Windows desktop applications to real users
• Hands-on experience with Win32, WPF, WinUI, or similar Windows frameworks — you understand the platform, not just the language
• Proficiency in C# and/or C++ — you write it daily and know it deeply
• Experience integrating desktop applications with web services and cloud backends
• Experience with Debugging & performance optimization
