Mandatory skill sets
Proven experience in SAP testing, with hands-on exposure to one or more SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, FI, CO, PP).
Robust understanding of SAP architecture, business processes, and integration points.
Experience creating and executing manual test cases; knowledge or exposure to SAP test automation tools (e.g., SAP TAO, Worksoft, Tricentis Tosca) is a plus.
Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools such as JIRA, HP ALM, or Solution Manager.
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and understanding of SDLC and testing lifecycle.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to translate business requirements into effective test scenarios.
Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality results.
Preferred skill sets
Knowledge of SAP process documentation and Business Process Testing (BPT).
Experience with data migration testing and batch job verification.
Familiarity with scripting languages or test automation frameworks.
Understanding of transport management and SAP change management processes.
