We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who lives and breathes social media, understands tech deeply, and communicates like a pro.
? What You’ll Do
Plan, create, and execute content calendars for multiple brands across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
Manage posting schedules, captions, hashtags, and platform optimization
Coordinate with designers, editors, and the strategy team to bring ideas to life
Track performance using analytics tools and prepare weekly/ monthly reports
Stay updated with trends, platform updates, and AI tools
Oversee community management: replies, DMs, comments, and engagement
Bring fresh ideas, tech-driven experiments, and growth insights to the table

Are tech-savvy and comfortable using new tools (AI tools, scheduling platforms,



analytics, etc.)
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Understand social media algorithms and content formats
Have a strong sense of aesthetic, storytelling, and brand voice
Can manage multiple projects and deadlines without chaos
Are proactive, responsible, and ready to level up with Expansio
? Bonus Points If You Have
Experience with Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools
Knowledge of paid ads (Meta/Google)
Experience working with agencies, creators, or doctors
