Job Overview

Shivay Technologies Limited is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing & IT Manager to manage the company’s marketing activities and day-to-day IT administration.

This is a hands-on role. The candidate will manage agencies and external vendors while also being capable of executing marketing and IT tasks independently when required.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

* Plan and execute monthly marketing campaigns, content calendars and promotions.
* Manage the digital marketing agency, designers, videographers and content creators.
* Manage social media platforms and oversee Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, website and lead generation.
* Handle email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, CRM campaigns and customer databases.
* Coordinate with sales teams to promote priority products and generate qualified leads.
* Review marketing content and monitor campaign budgets, leads, conversions and ROI.




* Coordinate offline marketing including brochures, signage, exhibitions, events and corporate promotions.
* Personally execute marketing activities when required.

IT Administration

* Manage domains, DNS, hosting, SSL, websites and company email systems.
* Administer Microsoft 365/Google Workspace, software accounts, licenses and subscriptions.
* Manage employee user accounts, permissions, passwords, MFA and access controls.
* Maintain IT asset records and coordinate computers, printers, networks and software setup/troubleshooting.
* Manage backups, antivirus, software updates and basic cybersecurity.
* Coordinate with ISPs, hosting providers, software vendors and external IT support.
* Manage employee IT onboarding/offboarding and maintain IT documentation and renewal records.

Requirements

* 3+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing, IT administration or a similar role.
* Strong knowledge of social media mar
