We are looking for an Architect who can translate this vision into functional, elegant, and buildable designs across our residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural designs, layouts, and drawings for residential and commercial projects, from concept stage through to execution.
• Develop and detail floor plans, elevations, sections, and 3D visualizations in line with project requirements and client expectations.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants to ensure design feasibility and technical integration.
• Prepare and submit drawings for statutory approvals, including RERA, municipal corporation, and other regulatory authorities.
• Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation, resolve in office design queries,



and ensure construction aligns with approved drawings.
• Review and revise designs based on feedback from management, consultants, and site execution teams.
• Prepare working drawings, BOQs (in coordination with the estimation team), and material/finishing specifications.
• Research and recommend design trends, materials, and construction techniques suited to affordable housing without compromising quality.
• Maintain proper documentation of all design drawings, revisions, and approvals.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of design-related site issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch) from a recognized institution; registration with the Council of Architecture (CoA) preferred.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in architectural design, preferably within residential/real estate projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and
