Role Overview
We are looking for a high-energy, execution-focused and highly AI focussed ‘Learning & Development Executives’ to support the creation and scaling of digital learning content. This is a quick-paced,



high-ownership role ideal for individuals who thrive in multitasking environments and are passionate about AI-driven learning, content creation, and digital training experiences by developing engaging video content through our inhouse structured system using AI tools.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop high-quality digital learning content, including videos, modules, and training assets as per our compliance
• Script, design, and produce training videos (audio + visual) for internal learning programs in line with Subject Matter experts in reporting with HoD – L & D
• Convert business information into structured, engaging learning journeys through AI usage and understanding the learning needs of employees in the BFSI industry
• Work extensively with AI tools and LMS platforms to build scalable learning solutions
• Collaborate with onshore Dubai teams to deliver projects within strict timelines
• Support multiple L&D; initiatives across functions (insurance, sales, customer experience, etc.)
