We are building a trusted, convenient platform that makes it easier for customers to access reliable help while creating meaningful earning opportunities for our service partners.
We are looking for a Social Media & Growth Executive who can help build Elpido's brand from the ground up and turn social media into a meaningful source of customer bookings, partner registrations and brand awareness.
This is not a traditional "post 3 times a week" social media role. We are looking for someone who understands growth, content, performance marketing and social media and is excited to experiment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management
Own Elpido's day-to-day presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.




Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar.
Plan content around customer acquisition, partner acquisition, brand awareness and education.
Identify trending formats, topics, sounds and content styles relevant to Elpido's audience.
Write compelling captions, hooks, CTAs and social media copy.
Manage comments, DMs and basic community engagement.
Ensure consistent brand voice across all platforms.
2. Social Media Growth
Develop strategies to grow Elpido's organic reach and engagement.
Experiment with different Reel formats, hooks, storytelling styles and CTAs.
Identify what content is generating profile visits, enquiries, app registrations and bookings.
Build city-specific social media strategies for markets such as Bangalore and Chennai.
Continuously test new approaches rather than relying on repetitive content.
