AIAID Solutions Private Limited is a Bhubaneswar-registered startup building AI solutions for automobile businesses. Our founders have extensive experience in the automobile industry, and our initial solutions focus on AI voice automation for automobile dealerships, workshops, service centres and related businesses.
We are now looking for experienced automobile professionals across India to join us as Founding Customer Partners.
SIGNIFICANT – PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING
This is an independent, commission-based business development opportunity. It is not a fixed-salary employment role.
The initial engagement will be for a 90-day trial period.
This opportunity is suitable for experienced automobile professionals who have strong industry relationships, understand dealership/workshop operations and can independently approach senior decision-makers.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Identify prospective automobile dealerships, workshops, service centres, used-car businesses and other relevant automotive businesses in your market.
• Connect with Dealer Principals, owners, GMs, Service Heads, workshop owners and other decision-makers.
• Introduce AIAID's AI solutions and identify businesses where our solutions can solve genuine operational or customer-handling problems.
• Arrange and participate in product demonstrations.
• Follow up with interested prospects and help convert trials into paying customers.
• Maintain the first-level business relationship with customers acquired through you.




• Provide a brief weekly update on important customer discussions and progress.
WHAT AIAID WILL HANDLE
• Product development and technical setup
• Product demonstrations and technical support
• Customer trial configuration
• Backend technology and integrations
• Commercial proposals and supporting material
• Product training and sales support
You are therefore not expected to have a technical or programming background.
WHO SHOULD APPLY
We are particularly interested in professionals with meaningful experience in areas such as:
• Automobile dealership operations
• Aftersales and service
• Dealer development
• Automotive sales or business development
• Customer experience
• Workshop operations
• OEM/dealer network management
• Automotive finance, insurance or allied businesses with strong dealer relationships
A strong professional network among automobile dealership owners, Dealer Principals, GMs, Service Heads, workshop owners or other senior automotive decision-makers will be a major advantage.
FIELD MEETINGS ARE IMPORTANT
Although the role is listed as Remote because you do not need to work from an AIAID office, this is NOT a work-from-home-only role.




You must be comfortable personally meeting prospective automobile customers in your city/region when required.

Bengaluru
Hyderabad
Chennai
Kolkata
Ahmedabad
Strong candidates from other Indian markets are also welcome.
COMMERCIAL MODEL
The initial 90-day trial is commission-based.
There is no fixed monthly salary or guaranteed minimum earning during the trial period.
Partners earn commission from customers successfully acquired through them, including commission on customer setup revenue and recurring maintenance revenue as applicable under the partner agreement.
The success benchmark for the initial 90-day trial is a minimum of 2 paying customers.
Successful partners may be considered for a longer-term association with AIAID based on performance and mutual agreement.
WHO SHOULD NOT APPLY
Please do not apply if:
• You are looking only for a fixed monthly salary.
• You are not comfortable approaching prospective customers.
• You cannot attend customer meetings during normal business hours when required.
• You do not have meaningful automobile-industry experience.
• You are looking only for a work-from-home telecalling role.
