B2B Sales & Customer Support Executiven

Salary - 2 to 3 LPA

Waxys is growing, and we’re looking for a B2B Sales & Customer Support Executive who can turn enquiries into long-term clients — and make sure they continue having a great experience after the deal is closed.

n

This is a hands-on role covering the complete client journey: calling leads, nurturing prospects, presenting our work, closing deals, onboarding clients and providing ongoing support.

What you’ll don

- Call and follow up with incoming B2B leads
n
- Understand client requirements and identify the right opportunity
n
- Nurture prospects through regular follow-ups
n
- Present Waxys, our work and our offerings confidently
n
- Prepare and communicate proposals/offers clearly
n
- Close deals and coordinate client onboarding
n
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
n
- Handle client queries and provide timely customer support
n
- Maintain follow-up schedules, records and agreed SLAs
n
- Coordinate internally to ensure client requirements are delivered smoothly
n

- Excellent spoken and written English

- Strong communication and presentation skills

- Confidence speaking with business owners, decision-makers and clients
n
- Good follow-up discipline — you don’t let promising leads disappear
n
- Ability to nurture relationships instead of relying on aggressive selling
n
- Comfortable working with targets and taking ownership of deals
n
- Organised enough to manage multiple clients and maintain SLAs
n
- Friendly, skilled and solution-oriented with customers
n
- Freshers and early-career candidates with strong communication skills are welcome
