n We are looking for a Credit Managers in Bhopal who would be responsible for Processing of loan applications under surrogate & financials.
n Selected candidate would be responsible for evaluating and managing the creditworthiness of potential business borrowers, assessing risks, and ensuring compliance with company credit policies.
n He/ She would analyze financial information, monitor loan performance, and manage collections, ultimately minimizing financial risk and maximizing profitability for the lending institution.
n *Role & responsibilities :
n n Credit Assessment:
n n Reviewing loan applications, financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant documents to assess a business's creditworthiness.
n n Risk Analysis:
n n Identifying potential risks associated with lending to specific businesses, evaluating their ability to repay loans, and determining appropriate loan terms.
n n Loan Approval:




n n Approving or rejecting loan applications based on creditworthiness and adherence to company policies.
n n Credit Limit Determination:
n n Setting appropriate credit limits for approved loans, ensuring they align with the borrower's financial capacity and risk profile.
n n Credit Monitoring:
n n Continuously monitoring the performance of existing loans, identifying early warning signs of potential defaults, and taking necessary actions to mitigate risks.
n n Relationship Management:
n n Building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders, such as sales and relationship management teams, as well as external stakeholders, such as borrowers and industry professionals.
n n Reporting:
n n Preparing reports on loan performance, risk exposure, and other relevant metrics for management and other stakeholders.
n Eligibility Criteria :
n Experience: 2-6 Years relevant experience in BL Credit underwriting
n CA qualified folks from Banks/NBFC with BL or any asset domain background
n Decent understanding of assessing audited financials, banking analysis and bureau reports knowhow
n Expertise in MS office and Loan application systems preferred.
n Should be competent in Sensing loan purpose, customer interaction, deliver in defined risk framework and uptime task completion etc.
