Job Description Graphic Designer- Lead n Experience: Upto 5 Years n Employment Type: Full-Time n n Role Overview n We are looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer with strong expertise in digital design, branding, visual communication, and AI-powered design tools. The ideal candidate should be able to independently convert creative briefs into high-quality visual assets across multiple platforms. n n Key Responsibilities n n Create graphics for social media, websites, digital advertisements, and marketing campaigns . n Design banners, infographics, email creatives, promotional materials, and other marketing collaterals . n Develop creative concepts in collaboration with the Marketing and Content teams . n Ensure all designs are aligned with the company's brand guidelines and visual identity . n Edit, retouch, resize, and optimize images and visual assets for different digital platforms. n Use AI-powered design and image-generation tools for ideation, image creation, and creative enhancement.



n Stay updated with emerging design trends, tools, and industry practices . n Manage multiple design projects and deliver high-quality work within defined timelines. n n n n Requirements n n Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication Design, or a related field . n 4-5 years of professional experience in graphic design or a similar role. n Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite . n Robust understanding of typography, composition, layout, colour, and visual design principles . n Hands-on experience with AI tools for design and creative production . n Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities. n Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. n A strong portfolio showcasing relevant design work across digital and marketing platforms. n n
