Job Description We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused professional to join our growing team as a Logistics Customer Success Executive. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective customers in the US logistics and supply chain market. n This position combines customer support, client communication, lead qualification, and logistics coordination. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling calls and emails, building relationships, and ensuring a smooth customer experience while supporting business growth initiatives. n n Key Responsibilities n n Communicate with US-based prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels n Understand customer requirements and provide timely support and coordination. n Coordinate internally with operations and sales teams to ensure smooth communication and service delivery. n Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and pipeline activities n Build strong professional relationships and provide excellent customer experience n n n Requirements n n 1–2 years of experience in customer support, client servicing, sales, business development,
