We specialise in face-to-face marketing and customer acquisition, working with established charities and organisations to help them reach new audiences and grow their supporter base.

As we continue expanding across India, we’re looking for ambitious individuals to join our management development programme and build a long-term career in business and leadership.

The Role

As a Trainee Management Consultant, you’ll gain practical experience across business development, customer acquisition, team performance, client management, and leadership.

You’ll work closely with experienced managers, develop commercial skills, and gradually take on greater responsibility as you progress.

Key Responsibilities

- Support business growth and customer acquisition strategies
- Review performance and identify areas for improvement
- Work with management teams on business initiatives
- Support team training, coaching,



and development
- Monitor performance and contribute to business planning

Previous consulting or management experience is not required. Training and ongoing mentorship are provided.
