We are hiring Education Counsellors and Senior Counsellors for our Pune Branch.

Position Purpose

n

The Education Counsellor helps international students to find a solution together by selecting the right course and institute that suits students' profile, budget & limitations to ensure they reach their desired goal.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

n

n
- Provide information, advice, and processing of applications for international students seeking placement in Australian education institutions.
n
- Design a tailored and effective study plan according to student's individual situation.
n
- Follow up potential students and maximize the conversion of students submitting applications and finalizing enrolments.
n




- Instruct students to prepare and complete documents for university or visa applications.
n
- Liaison between students, parents, and education providers.
n
- Promote other products and services offered by STUDYNET, e.g. Visa services, OSHC & OVHC & Professional Year.
n
- Maintain after sale service engagement to increase retention of students.
n
- Create and maintain accurate client information in the company's CRM system.
n
- Other relevant student service duties.
n

Skills and Experience

n

n
- Excellent sales track record, working within a high sales KPI & incentive driven environment.
n
- Vocational or tertiary qualification (Certificate IV and higher desirable).
n
- Have excellent customer service and communication skills.
n
- Work proactively, have a sense of responsibility, and be able to withstand greater work pressures.
n
- Understanding of the Immigration system/visa pathways.
n
- Fluency in English.
n

Experience

n

n
- Education Counselling: 1–2 years for Jr/Counsellor
n
- 3–4 years for Sr. Counsellor
n

n

Work Authorization

n

n
- Must be eligible to work in the advertised country.
n
