Role Description This is a full time, on-site Tool Room – Sheet Metal position located in Chengalpattu.



The role involves operating and maintaining sheet metal tools and machining equipment, supporting fabrication activities, and ensuring tools are set up correctly for production runs. The team member will inspect and troubleshoot tooling issues, perform minor repairs and adjustments, and coordinate with production supervisors to meet quality and delivery requirements. Daily tasks include reading and interpreting technical drawings, preparing jigs and fixtures, maintaining tool inventories, and documenting work performed according to safety and quality standards. The role also requires close collaboration with engineering and quality teams to improve tooling performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.
