Aniket Masala is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Manager who can drive business growth, strengthen our distribution network, and expand the presence of Aniket Masala across Gaya and nearby markets.

? Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase primary & secondary sales
• Appoint and manage Distributors, Dealers & Retailers




• Expand Aniket Masala’s presence across Gaya and surrounding markets
• Build strong relationships with wholesalers, retailers and channel partners
• Identify new markets and business opportunities
• Lead and motivate the field sales team to achieve monthly targets
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing and market trends
• Ensure product availability, visibility and proper market coverage
• Regularly review sales performance and take corrective actions

✅ Ideal Candidate:
• Experience in FMCG / Spices / Food Products Sales preferred
• Solid knowledge of the Gaya & Bihar market
• Experience in distributor and retailer network development
• Good communication, negotiation and team-management skills
• Target-oriented with a strong focus on business growth
• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory
