Job Summary- We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional to work with us in Learning & Development .

Roles and Responsibilities:

To make sales team successful




To conduct Induction Program for new joiners
To conduct sales training / project training / soft skills training for new joiners & existing sales team
To conduct selling skill workshops
To make training calendar in consultation with business heads
To make training dashboards

Qualification / Experience : Graduate / Post Graduate in Human Psychology , 3-5 years experience in sales training in any industry .

Skills:

• The ability to develop content for training .
• Solid negotiation and consultative sales skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Good customer service skills
