About The Opportunity

A prominent player in India’s manufacturing and industrial sector, we specialize in end-to-end compliance, tax operations, and statutory reporting for large-scale production units. Our finance teams ensure flawless adherence to indirect tax laws — from GST reconciliation and TDS compliance to monthly/quarterly filings — enabling seamless operations across factories, warehouses, and supply chains. We’re building a high-performance tax function that’s tech-enabled, audit-ready, and aligned with India’s evolving tax landscape. Role & Responsibilities

Prepare, verify, and file monthly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9/9C) and TDS returns (Form 24Q, 26Q, 27Q) with zero error margin.
Reconcile vendor/customer invoices with GSTN portal data, ensuring 100% match for Input Tax Credit (ITC) claims and liability reporting.
Manage TDS deductions at source across salaries, contracts, and vendor payments — maintaining challan records, certificates (Form 16/16A), and portal uploads.
Collaborate with Procurement, Accounts Payable, and Sales teams to validate transactional data,



resolve mismatches, and pre-empt audit risks.
Track and report GST/TDS liabilities, refunds, and reversals monthly using ERP systems (Tally, SAP, or similar).
Support statutory audits by preparing reconciliation schedules, maintaining documentary trails, and responding to departmental queries.
