Role Description This is a full-time, in office Meta Ads role based in Hisar, Haryana. The role involves planning, creating, and managing Meta ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and other Meta platforms to achieve defined performance goals such as leads, sales, and ROAS. Day-to-day responsibilities include audience and keyword research,



building and optimizing campaigns and ad sets, crafting and testing ad creatives and copy, and monitoring campaign performance using Meta Business Manager and related tools. The team member will analyze data, prepare performance reports, suggest data-backed improvements, and collaborate with designers, content creators, and account managers to align campaigns with client objectives and brand strategy. The role also includes staying updated on Meta policies, best practices, and AI-driven advertising trends, and contributing ideas to improve overall performance marketing processes.
Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, including campaign setup, audience targeting, budget management, and optimization for performance goals.
Proficiency in performance marketing fundamentals such as funnel strategy, attribution, conversion tracking (Pixel, CAPI), and data-driven decision-making.
