Key Responsibilities:

* Design, develop, and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform for
ITSM and CSM modules.
* Configure and implement Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies, and UI
Actions.
* Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics.
* Build and manage integrations using Integration Hub, including JIRA
integration.
* Design and implement Flow Designer and Workflow solutions for process
automation.
* Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and
deliver solutions in an Agile workplace.
* Ensure adherence to coding standards, security best practices, and platform
governance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:





* 3–5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
* Strong knowledge of ITSM and CSM modules.
* Proficiency in JavaScript for Client Scripts and Business Rules.
* Experience with Integration Hub and third-party integrations (e.g., JIRA).
* Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, Workflow, UI Policies, and
Performance Analytics.
* Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or higher certification
preferred.
