Role Description
We are looking for a creative, analytical, and result-driven Digital Marketing professional to manage and grow our brand's digital presence. The role will involve Performance Marketing, Social Media Management, Content Planning, Shoot Coordination, and overall digital brand building.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable balancing data-driven marketing with creative execution, particularly for a jewellery/fashion/lifestyle brand.

Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Marketing
Plan, execute,



and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and other relevant digital platforms.
Manage campaign budgets and monitor daily performance.
Work towards improving key metrics including ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, and Revenue.
Create and test different audiences, creatives, ad copies, offers, and campaign strategies.
Conduct regular analysis and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Manage retargeting and remarketing campaigns.
Coordinate with the website/e-commerce team to improve conversions and customer acquisition.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
2. Social Media Management
Develop and execute the overall social media strategy and content calendar.
Manage platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and other relevant channels.
Plan engaging content including Reels, Posts, Stories, Carousels, Product Content, and Campaigns.
