About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Procurement Manager to build and manage a scalable procurement portfolio that supports the company's growth, cost optimisation, technology deployments and sustainability objectives. The role will lead strategic sourcing, supplier selection, vendor relationship, inventory management, commercial negotiations and procurement governance across technology, SaaS, IoT, hardware, engineering, skilled services and project-related requirements.

The Procurement Manager will work closely with Finance, Engineering, Product, Sales, Project Delivery, Operations and other stakeholders to translate business and customer requirements into cost-effective, resilient and sustainable procurement solutions. The role will combine hands-on execution with strategic supplier and category management, ensuring the right quality, value, service and delivery at the right total cost.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with Ecolibrium's business plans, technology roadmap,



customer deployments and operational requirements.
Lead strategic sourcing activities, including supplier identification, qualification, RFIs/RFQs/RFPs, competitive evaluation, negotiations and contract award.
Manage procurement across technology and SaaS categories, including software licences, cloud and data services, IoT devices, sensors, gateways, networking equipment, hardware and related services.
Support project procurement for customer deployments by translating project requirements into procurement plans, budgets, sourcing activities and delivery schedules.
Build and manage a preferred supplier ecosystem, including supplier onboarding, due diligence, performance management, reviews and continuous improvement.
Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, payment terms, service levels, warranties, lead times and other contractual requirements to achieve best total cost of ownership.
