About the Role
We are looking for a Recruitment Intern to join our HR team and support the end-to-end recruitment process. This role is ideal for someone who is interested in Talent Acquisition, hiring, candidate coordination, and HR operations and wants practical exposure to recruitment in a fast-paced organization.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate with candidates for interviews and follow-ups.
Schedule and coordinate interview rounds with hiring managers.
Maintain and regularly update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview status, documentation, and joining.
Assist in preparing and posting job descriptions on relevant platforms.
Support the HR team in campus hiring, recruitment drives, and other hiring activities.




Maintain proper recruitment records and documentation.
Assist with onboarding coordination for selected candidates.
Support other HR and Talent Acquisition activities as required.

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.

Qualifications
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
