Role Description The Merchandiser role at Sourcenet Global is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. This role involves managing the product lifecycle from design concept to delivery, including coordinating with designers, suppliers, and buyers to ensure styles, costs,



and timelines align with market needs. The Merchandiser monitors fashion trends, prepares product assortments, and collaborates with production teams to maintain quality and timely shipments. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records of orders, samples, and approvals, supporting pricing and negotiation activities, and providing regular updates to internal teams and clients. The Merchandiser is expected to work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize product performance and strengthen customer relationships.
