To drive our next phase of hyper-growth, we are hiring a sharp, data-driven Category Manager with deep, hands-on experience navigating the Flipkart ecosystem (Flipkart Seller Hub, Account Management, Ads & Promotions, and Category Operations).
If you’re currently at Flipkart (or an agency/brand managing high-volume Flipkart accounts) and are ready to step into an agile D2C setup where you own the full P&L;, drive end-to-end platform strategy, and see the immediate impact of your decisions—this role is for you.
What You’ll Own
Platform Ownership & Account Health: Lead day-to-day operations and growth for Amazon and Flipkart accounts—owning everything from catalog management, listing optimization, and rich content (A+ / Flipkart product pages) to pricing, buy-box health, and account hygiene.
Ad & Promo Campaigns: Strategy, execution, and ROI optimization for Flipkart PLA (Product Listing Ads), Amazon Sponsored Products, BBD (Big Billion Days) events,



Excellent Indian Festival sales, and everyday platform deal slots.
Performance & P&L; Analytics: Build category-level performance dashboards, track daily traffic/conversion trends, run keyword analyses, and monitor platform margins, returns, and sales metrics using Excel/Sheets and internal dashboards.
Category Growth Levers: Identify levers to improve search rankings, secure top bestseller slots, scale trending kitchen categories, and optimize keyword bidding.
Supply Chain & Inventory Planning: Partner with supply chain and logistics teams to forecast stock demand, schedule timely warehouse/FBA/Flipkart Advantage inwardings, and prevent stockouts during key sale events.
What We’re Looking For
3–6 years of hands-on experience directly managing high-volume e-commerce accounts, ideally gained at Flipkart, a top-tier marketplace agency, or a high-growth D2C brand.
