Doris & Co. is looking for a creative and trend-focused Graphic Designer & Social Media Manager who can own the visual presence of our skincare brand across Instagram and other digital platforms.
We’re looking for someone who understands beauty, skincare, aesthetics, and social media trends and can turn ideas into high-quality, scroll-stopping content.
Key Responsibilities
Create engaging Instagram posts, stories, reels, carousels, banners, and promotional creatives.
Design creatives for product launches, offers, campaigns, influencer content, and seasonal promotions.
Manage and maintain the overall Instagram content calendar and visual aesthetic.
Edit short-form videos and reels for Instagram and other social platforms.
Repurpose influencer/UGC content into engaging social media creatives.
Create product-focused graphics that communicate ingredients, perks, USPs, and offers clearly.
Stay updated with beauty, skincare, Instagram, and design trends.
Develop new creative concepts rather than relying only on templates.




Coordinate with the marketing and performance teams for campaign requirements.
Maintain consistency across the brand's fonts, visual language, tone, and overall identity.
Skills Required
Strong Canva and Canva Pro skills are mandatory.
Proficiency with other graphic design and video editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of Instagram content formats and current social media trends.
Good sense of typography, layouts, composition, branding, and visual storytelling.
Ability to create both static creatives and short-form video content.
Understanding of beauty, skincare, fashion, or lifestyle brands is highly preferred.
Basic copywriting skills for social media captions and creatives.
Ability to work independently and deliver creatives on time.
