Role Description The Area Sales Manager role is a full-time, hybrid position based in NCR, with flexibility for partial work from home. The person in this role will be responsible for developing and managing sales in the assigned territory, identifying current business opportunities, and building long-term relationships with hospitals,



medical colleges, and healthcare institutions. Day-to-day activities include meeting prospective and existing clients, presenting company solutions, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and following up to ensure timely closure of deals. The Area Sales Manager will track sales performance, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, coordinate with internal technical and project teams, and provide market feedback to support product and strategy development. The role also involves attending industry events, conducting site visits, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales and implementation life cycle.
Qualifications

Proven experience in B2B sales or healthcare infrastructure sales, with strong skills in lead generation, territory management, and relationship building.
