As part of our continued growth in India, we are establishing a new legal entity and are seeking an experienced Senior Finance & Accounting professional to take full ownership of finance and accounting for this new entity, working in close collaboration with our existing India Finance Operations Associate and our global Management Support Team (Korea HQ).
This is a independent role suited to someone who can build and run a finance & accounting function end-to-end.

Job Description:
The Senior Finance & Accounting Lead will be responsible for the finance and accounting function of the India entity, including setting up initial statutory registrations, establishing accounting processes and internal controls, and managing ongoing finance operations, reporting, and compliance. This person will work closely and collaboratively with the team — sharing knowledge, aligning processes across the entities,



and providing guidance where needed — rather than operating in isolation. The role requires strong technical accounting knowledge, sound independent judgment, and the maturity to manage sensitive financial and compliance matters in a fast-paced global workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
Take full ownership of finance and accounting for the India entity, from initial setup through ongoing operations
Support and follow through on statutory registration and onboarding requirements for the India entity (e.g. PAN/TAN, GST registration, bank account opening, initial books of accounts), coordinating with legal/company secretarial advisors as needed
Establish sound accounting processes, documentation practices, and internal controls appropriate for the India entity
Lead month-end and quarter-end closing, and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to HQ for the new entity
Ensure full compliance with Indian statutory and regulatory requirements
