About the Role
We are hiring across levels in our B2B sales team to scale our corporate and wedding gifting business. This role involves end-to-end ownership of client acquisition, revenue generation, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Drive B2B sales across corporate gifting, events, and wedding segments
Identify and acquire new clients (corporates, event planners, agencies, HNIs)
Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation → pitching → closure → repeat business
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Collaborate with internal teams (design, operations, vendors) for execution
Maintain sales pipeline, reporting, and CRM hygiene
Contribute to revenue growth and market expansion in assigned region
Role Differentiation




Sales Executives (1–3 yrs):
Focus on lead generation, client outreach, and closures
Execute sales strategies and meet monthly targets
Senior Sales Managers (4–8 yrs):
Own regional revenue targets
Handle large accounts and high-value deals
Build partnerships and mentor junior team members
Drive strategic growth (enterprise clients, exports, large-format gifting)
Requirements
Experience in B2B sales (gifting, events, luxury, corporate sales preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Target-driven mindset with high ownership
Existing network in corporate/event ecosystem is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced, execution-heavy setting
