Role Description The Assistant Bar Manager at Radisson Hotel Group in Guwahati is a full-time,



on-site role responsible for supporting the Bar Manager in overseeing daily bar operations. This includes supervising bar team members, ensuring high service standards, monitoring inventory and stock levels, and maintaining compliance with hygiene, safety, and licensing regulations. The role involves assisting with beverage menu planning, coordinating promotions, and working closely with Food & Beverage leadership to optimize guest satisfaction and revenue. The Assistant Bar Manager will handle guest inquiries and feedback, support staff training and scheduling, and help maintain a welcoming, efficient bar environment aligned with Radisson’s “Every Moment Matters” ethos.
