Role Description The Human Resources Recruiter is a full time, on-site role based in Kakori. This role is responsible for end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection processes for a variety of operational and support positions.



The recruiter collaborates with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and maintain an organized pipeline of qualified candidates. Day-to-day tasks include managing recruitment databases, scheduling interviews, facilitating offer and onboarding processes, and ensuring accurate documentation in line with company policies and relevant regulations. The role also involves supporting employer branding initiatives, maintaining positive candidate experiences, and contributing to workforce planning and retention efforts.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and operations teams.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet hiring timelines in a fast-paced environment.
