Role Overview

We are seeking a sharp, highly visual Art Director to own the visual strategy and execution across our brand campaigns and high-volume social content pipeline. You will lead the conceptualization and hands-on design for full-scale brand campaigns while managing a weekly high-output workflow—delivering 5 - 6 multi-slide carousels, 8 -10 high-converting static posts, and overarching campaign identity systems.

The ideal candidate bridges high-level creative direction with fast, precise design execution, turning complex brand briefs into scroll-stopping social and marketing assets.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign & Brand Direction: Conceptualize, pitch, and execute cohesive visual directions for 360° brand campaigns, brand guidelines, and key marketing initiatives.
High-Volume Social Output: Lead end-to-end design for social channels, consistently delivering 5–6 carousel posts and 8–10 static posts per week that align with brand guidelines and drive engagement.
Storyboarding & Art Direction: Direct layout compositions, typography systems, color palettes,



visual hierarchies, and photo/video style guides for content creators and junior designers.
AI & Design Integration: Leverage contemporary design software alongside AI tools (Midjourney, Photoshop Generative Fill, Firefly) to speed up asset creation and build high-fidelity visuals from scratch.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner directly with copywriters, creative strategists, and marketing leads to translate campaign briefs into clear visual stories, incorporating feedback rapidly.

Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 4 - 5 years of experience in creative art direction and graphic design (creative agency background preferred).
Design Mastery: Expert level in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma; basic knowledge of motion/After Effects is a plus.
Social-First Portfolio: Proven track record of designing high-performing social media content, specifically multi-slide educational/
