As we expand our presence in India, we are looking for a GTM Lead – India to help build and scale our go-to-market motion across startups and digital-native businesses.
About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on GTM leader who understands the AWS ecosystem, knows how startups and digital-native companies buy technology, and can build opportunities from the ground up.
The ideal candidate will have spent significant time either at AWS or within the AWS Partner ecosystem, selling cloud, data, analytics, AI, infrastructure, or related technology solutions.
This is not a traditional account-management role. You will be expected to build the market, create pipeline, develop ecosystem relationships, engage customers, and own opportunities through closure.
Key Responsibilities




Own Cogrion's go-to-market and revenue growth in India, with an initial focus on startups and digital-native companies.
Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities across target accounts.
Develop relationships with founders, CTOs, CDOs, Heads of Data Engineering, Heads of Data Science, and other senior technology leaders.
Build strong relationships across the AWS ecosystem, including sales teams, startup teams, partner teams, and relevant co-sell and marketplace motions.
Identify customers looking to modernize their data platforms, optimize cloud costs, simplify data operations, or accelerate AI and analytics initiatives.
Lead customer discovery, qualification, solution positioning, commercial discussions, and deal closure.
Work closely with Cogrion's founders, product, and engineering teams during technical evaluations, pilots, and customer engagements.
