Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Senior Sales Executive to drive business growth across Delhi NCR in the Lighting and Interior products segment.
The ideal candidate should have solid B2B/Project Sales experience and an established network with Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Contractors, Consultants, Dealers and Corporate Clients.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through B2B, Project Sales and Institutional Sales.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Consultants, Builders, Contractors and Developers.
Identify upcoming residential, commercial, hospitality, retail and corporate projects across Delhi NCR.
Promote and sell lighting, interior and architectural products/solutions based on client requirements.
Conduct client meetings, product presentations,



site visits and project discussions.
Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms and independently manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Build and maintain a strong project pipeline and ensure regular follow-ups.
Coordinate with design, technical and operations teams for smooth project execution and timely delivery.
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends and new business opportunities.
Maintain accurate customer, project and sales pipeline records.
Ensure timely payment follow-ups and collection from clients.
Develop long-term relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
Candidate Requirements
Graduate in any discipline; MBA/technical qualification will be an added advantage.
4–8 years of relevant sales experience in Lighting, Interior Products, Architectural Products, Building Materials or related industries.
Strong experience in B2B
