Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or related discipline.
5 to 8 years of experience in Financial Services or Insurance Operations.
Robust understanding of UK Life Insurance processes, ARF, and Investment products.
Experience managing teams, driving performance, and handling operational escalations.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
