D2C pet brand in Ahmedabad hiring a full time videographer who shoots AND edits. Not one or the other. ₹30,000 to ₹50,000/month. You'll own our entire video output: reels, ads, product films, founder content. Two very cooperative in-house models included, a Labrador and a Shih Tzu.

In 2021 our founder was carrying his own 42kg Labrador outside so the dog could go to the bathroom. Einstein couldn't walk. Every vet said he was fine. He was not fine. Six months of rebuilt nutrition later, he was 33kg and running.

Our first product ships this month. You'd be one of the first ten people on the team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Own the full chain. Concept, shoot, edit, ship. Reels for Instagram, performance creative for Meta ads, product films for Amazon and quick commerce listings, founder content, customer stories.
You'll shoot real dogs and real families in real homes, which is harder than it sounds and far more interesting than studio work.
Your number: reels shipped per week and average watch-through rate.

WHAT WE NEED
You control the whole chain yourself. Camera, lighting, audio, edit, colour, sound. If you shoot but hand off editing, or edit footage other people shot, this isn't the role.
Comfortable with Premiere or Final Cut or DaVinci. Own kit is a strong plus, though we'll invest in gear.
Vertical-first. You understand that a reel is not a horizontal film cropped.
