Role Description This full-time, on-site Sales Development Representative role is based in Noida. The individual in this position will focus on identifying and qualifying potential customers, conducting outbound calls and emails, and following up on inbound inquiries to generate new business opportunities. The role involves researching target markets, nurturing leads through consistent communication, and scheduling meetings or demos for the sales team.



The Sales Development Representative will collaborate closely with sales and business development colleagues, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, and provide feedback on lead quality and market trends to help refine sales strategies.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills.
Candidates should possess effective Communication and customer engagement skills.
Candidates should possess core Sales and Business Development skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools, pipeline management, and basic sales reporting.
Ability to work on-site in Noida, collaborate within a team, and meet performance targets.
Relevant experience in B2B sales or consulting services is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
